Franchises will be able to get an easy access to finances, resources, and infrastructure of the parent organization. Thus, they will be able to compete with other newly developed companies. Franchises will not even have to worry about the flow of the customers since they will be able to use the goodwill of the parent company to tap customers.  Franchise is usually welcomed whole-heartedly by a dedicated group of patrons of the parent company. In most of the cases, customers select a franchise due to the goodwill of the parent organization.  As the market is saturated with new companies, a customer has several options to choose from.  The good reputation of the parent company in the market will help out the franchise will have an easy access to customer base.
